As a member of the Facilities Maintenance team, you will be responsible for day-to-day cleaning and maintenance work in a variety of facilities including offices, arenas, industrial shops, and the RCMP detachment.  You will also be responsible for the supervisory and administrative work in the absence of the Custodial Foreman.

A team player, you excel at detailed industrial cleaning and demonstrate a commitment to safety and customer service excellence. Qualifications include Grade 12, a full privilege Class 5 driver's license plus five years of relevant experience in building custodial and maintenance work.  You have at least one year of experience as a supervisor of custodial staff in similar facilities.  Ideally, you have completed formal training such as Building Services Worker Courses as well as Management Skills for Supervisors.

As a condition of employment, you must be able to obtain and maintain a clear RCMP Enhanced Reliability Status.

Initially the shift will be Saturday to Wednesday to accommodate tournaments and will be subject to change.

This temporary full-time position offers a starting wage of $30.54 per hour plus 12% in lieu of benefits.
